After a phone call, Danny made an appointment for the next day, arrived on time and carried out the job safely and quickly, explaining a great deal about hornets along the way! He was clearly very knowledgeable in this field and was also able to give advice about our mole problem. I would recommend him without hesitation. He will be returning shortly to deal with the moles! They responded swiftly, attending my property within an hour of my call at the weekend and subsequently informed me that I had a bee cluster. They then worked in conjunction with a local bee keeper to support a safe extraction and fully supported me by phone as well as in person throughout the process, knowing I was somewhat concerned. MoreI panicked when I heard scratching and gnawing sounds coming from firstly a cavity wall and then my loft.As I live on my own it made it doubly worse to hear this activity at night.I contacted Preventipest and Danny arranged to come immediately.Just having his reassurance that he would investigate and eventually eliminate my rat infestation gave me the confidence to cope with the situation in the short term.I didn’t expect a quick solution and Danny was at pains to explain to me his plan of action.Eventually Danny traced the points of entry to my drains and fitted one way ‘valves’ which immediately blocked their access and I have been rat free since.Danny had great patience explaining to me his plan and was always at the end of the phone if I had a concern while he was dealing with my infestation.I can’t praise his professionalism and efficiency adequately and have no hesitation in recommending his services. MoreWe called Dan out to investigate noises in our loft, within the week the problem was resolved with a combination of good advice and humane traps, followed by proofing to make sure the problem didn't return. It is sheer bliss. Dan was very helpful, friendly and professional, and we have plans to ask him to return to help us clean up the loft and make it a trouble free and usable clean space. MoreI discovered I had a problem in my loft after hearing activity, I have had an issue in the past with rodents and had a company out that baited and eradicated however did not investigate to find entry point hence  therefore were able to return, on ringing Danny he not only came promptly  and baited he also went in loft  to survey and consequently found 2 entry points, he returned after activity had stopped and cut ivy away from entry point "proofed" the holes to deny further access and cleared loft and tidied, went above and beyond to help "damsel in distress" , really can't find the words to show my appreciation enough, only to say would highly recommend you won't be disappointed, deffo will be keeping number handy.Thank you so much Danny Less		 - 2/04/2021

Very affordable, very responsive and very knowledgeable. Came out the same day and did not only attend to the issue in the loft, gave a full property survey for free.
